- completed 7 years of service to the community during which time we have: 

    a. performed 56,727 surgeries, of which 35,544 have been free surgeries

    b. treated 472,000 outpatients at the hospital and 112,000 patients at the various rural  camps

    c.  Placed continued emphasis on high quality of service - both medical and patient care-  

 - commenced providing Specialised Retina surgical services this year with the help of visiting specialist doctors, while also training a local doctor in this speciality.

- established the first Vision Centre at Keffi, a location that is 75 Km from the hospital. 

- expansion work to double the capacity is progressing well. hope to commence the enlarged facilities during the first half of 2027.
